Description

Few bands stand as tall in the history of doom metal as Pentagram. Formed in the early 1970s and led by the unmistakable presence of vocalist Bobby Liebling, the band helped shape the sound of American doom long before the genre had a name. Drawing inspiration from the dark heaviness of Black Sabbath and the raw edge of early hard rock, Pentagram forged a style that would later influence generations of bands across the doom and heavy metal underground.

Originally released in 1985 under the band’s own name, the album later became known as Relentless and has since grown into one of the essential cornerstones of classic doom. The record captures Pentagram at their most direct and powerful, combining sinister riffs, blues-soaked heaviness and Liebling’s unmistakable vocal delivery into a set of songs that remain timeless within the genre.

This UK exclusive reissue brings the album back on vinyl once again, pressed on clear vinyl.
