A slow-burning monolith of early 90s doom, defined by weight, repetition and a deeply immersive, altered-state atmosphere. Originally released in 1995, this album captures a sound that moves between crushing stillness and stretched-out psychedelic drift, where riffs are less progression than continuous pressure.

The structure is built around long-form compositions that don’t resolve in a traditional sense, but unfold in dense layers of distortion and negative space. There is a constant sense of suspension throughout — heavy, deliberate, and detached from anything fast or immediate. Tracks like “Return Trip” and “Wizard in Black” set the tone early, while “Son of Nothing” and the closing “Solarian 13” extend the record into its most expansive and dissolving states.
