Pale Horse Ritual descend from the Canadian underground with a debut carved from low-end worship and occult fire. Their sound leans into a thick, saturated haze — riffs pushing forward with a steady, ritualistic weight, drums locking into a deliberate march, and a groove that feels both hypnotic and punishing. Beneath the distortion lies a melodic hook that lingers like smoke, giving the album a momentum that never breaks its dark trance.

The atmosphere draws deeply from 70s heaviness, toxic love poetry, and flashes of Luciferian imagery — a world of counter-culture mystique, sleaze-tinged fuzz, and nocturnal figures moving through candlelit shadows. Formed in 2024 by lifelong collaborators Paco and Jonah Santa-Barbara, joined by guitarist James Matheson and later Will Adams, the group forged Diabolic Formation with a unified vision: heavy music steeped in occult tension, delivered with unfiltered intent.
