Description

French heavy psychedelic rockers Bright Curse are set to return with their third studio full-length "Fatum".

"Fatum (in Latin, fate, destiny, doom) is what binds us all together, and it's what the album is about — songs built around inevitable things: time passing, family, mental health, religion, war. It's all in there somewhere. We didn't set out with a theme; it revealed itself as we kept adding songs," singer and guitarist Romain Dautel explains.

With stunning cover art from Xavier Jalon Lopez, "Fatum" sees the now Bordeaux-based trio expand their powerful, shadowy brand of psychedelia with even greater dynamic range and emotional breadth, unafraid to embrace their mellow and stripped-down facet alongside their heavier side, and adding new instruments such as cello and guest female vocals for the first time.
