Beschreibung

From the industrial edges of Osnabrück comes Small Town — the debut full-length from Black Charger, a trio steeped in the heavy dust of 1990s desert rock. Their sound is unfiltered and grounded, channeling the drive and raw looseness of Kyuss, Fu Manchu and Brant Bjork, yet rooted in their own small-town grit and northern heaviness.

Across ten tracks, Small Town maps out the distance between memory and motion — reflections on growing up, personal pressure, and the quiet myths that still haunt the wide horizon of stoner rock. Guitars crackle with analog warmth, grooves roll deep and natural, and the vocals burn with the kind of understated conviction that only comes from the inside. Recorded with Role at Tonmeisterei Oldenburg, the production captures that perfect balance of weight and air — organic, warm, and undeniably alive.

Released in a hand-numbered edition of 300 copies: 200 marbled and 100 black, all 180 g vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve with LP-size insert, two stickers, and download code.
