"Hailing from Brazil, Caixão emerged onto the music scene in 2018, spearheaded by Italo Rodrigo, renowned for his thunderous drumming in Echoes of Death and Damn Youth. Transitioning to guitar, keys, and vocals in Caixão, Rodrigo showcases a remarkable versatility that breathes life into the band. In March of this year, Caixão teased their forthcoming album with the release of ‘Luz Estranha em Quixadá,’ an instrumental track that immerses listeners in a lysergic landscape, steering away from traditional guitar solos in favor of atmospheric keys.
Their latest single, ‘Bloodstains,’ serves as a harbinger of their upcoming album, slated for release in late September.
